We’re looking for an experienced account manager with well-established relationships in the UK commercial real estate sector, and a clear understanding of how major property campaigns are taken to market – the pace, the partnerships, and the commercial decisions behind successful delivery. This position is central to Paragon’s future, placing you at the heart of client relationships, project leadership and agency growth. You’ll guide projects from brief to delivery, work closely with our creative team, and play a key role in shaping our reputation by spotting opportunities, supporting pitches, and improving how we operate. Ideal candidates are commercially minded, proactive, and confident relationship-builders – excited by the chance to influence, shape and scale a thriving agency. This is an in-studio role based in our new Farringdon studio (3–4 days per week).
