We’re looking for an experienced account manager with well-established relationships in the UK commercial real estate sector, and a clear understanding of how major property campaigns are taken to market – the pace, the partnerships, and the commercial decisions behind successful delivery. This position is central to Paragon’s future, placing you at the heart of client relationships, project leadership and agency growth. You’ll guide projects from brief to delivery, work closely with our creative team, and play a key role in shaping our reputation by spotting opportunities, supporting pitches, and improving how we operate. Ideal candidates are commercially minded, proactive, and confident relationship-builders – excited by the chance to influence, shape and scale a thriving agency. This is an in-studio role based in our new Farringdon studio (3–4 days per week).
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within the UK commercial real estate sector.
- Proven track record in account management or project management within an agency or property-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of property marketing – brand, brochure, website, campaigns, deadlines and approvals.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, confident, and able to build rapport at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, capable of running multiple projects at pace.
- Confident managing budgets, timelines, resources and complex workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers and understanding creative process.
- Calm under pressure, proactive and solutions-driven.
- Commercially minded, confident growing and developing client accounts.
- Comfortable in a small, ambitious team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all campaigns.
- Identify areas for client growth and contribute to pitches, proposals and presentations.
- Translate briefs into clear internal tasks, structured workflows and realistic timelines.
- Drive projects forward by managing schedules, budgets, resources and approvals, keeping clients engaged and informed.
- Work closely with designers to ensure output aligns with strategy and client expectations.
- Manage expectations and protect timelines to ensure seamless delivery and high client satisfaction.
